Pablo Navarrete, PhD candidate in Regional and Urban Planning, has received a prestigious prize from the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF) for their international competition ‘Habitat and Urban Development’.  The prize is worth US$15,000 and has been awarded for the proposed paper entitled ‘Do you really want your own house? The impact of ownership on the labour market – a regression discontinuity analysis’ which Pablo has co-authored with his brother, Nicolas Navarrete.  The results will be presented at a workshop in Buenos Aires in July 2016, and the paper will be published in CAF’s policy journal in September.  Only 5 proposals were selected from a total 252 entries.
