The Urbanisation, Planning and Development (UPD) research cluster has close links with the following research centres across the School:

Latin America and Caribbean Centre

A focal point for LSE’s research and public engagement with Latin America and the CaribbeanProfessor Gareth Jones is Director of LACC. The Centre is home to the LSE Latin America and Caribbean blog.

LSE London

LSE London is the London School of Economics’ specialist research centre focusing on analyses of London’s economy and broader metropolitan issues in a comparative context. It is an interdisciplinary group involving staff from a number of departments who have particular expertise in economics, geography, government and planning. It is also home to the Progressing Planning blog.

Saw Swee Hock Southeast Asia Centre

The Saw Swee Hock Southeast Asia Centre is a cross-disciplinary, regionally-focused research centre at LSE. Professor Hyun Bang Shin is Director of SEAC. The Centre is home to the LSE Southeast Asia blog.
